Freelander Diesel S Reg Help pse

Have a s reg XeDi and it has stopped working been advised RAC that its the fuel pump so looked in

1. Engine Bay Fuel filter yes no pumps (filter type two pipes on top)
2. Took out sender unit in tank no pump (4 cables to unit only two terminals on unit)
3. Took off trim pasenger side wheel arch no pump

Anyone where is this fuel pump

Front of the engine right hand side, (in front of injector 1) driven by a belt from the cam...the one at the tank is just a sender/gauge unit.

Follow the pipe from the fuel filter

Thanks for that this is really confusing me i just can't locate this fuel pump and when i just cracked the bleed nipple on the injector pump nothing no fuel at all so its looking like a delivery problem but im lost at the moment

Thanks i thought that was the injector pump are you saying that this model dosen't have a seperate fuel pump to deliver the fuel to the injector pump

mines a 01 on a Y plate if its a TD4 Just look at the postof mine no power an dgrab the matches

Its not a TD4....

F.I.P does all the work as far as I know.

check to see if the FIP belt has snapped - just replaced both my belts
