Freelander demister

The demister for the windscreen in my Freelander 1998 doesn't work fully on the drivers side, there is some warm getting through but its not enough to fully demist the windscreen even when turned up on full. Anyone no how to fix it, can't keep driving around with the window open!

have you changed the pollen filter, as if blocked could be your problem

and the obvious one - that the pipes are still attached proppa?

have you tried turning air con on ?

Is the refresh / recirc paddle working correctly? Its not stuck on recirc per chance?

Does it chuck out cold air or no air at all ? Also does the temperature gauge stay at cold for a couple of minutes after starting them rise quickly to normal temperature ?
If the pollen filter is blocked it chucks out no/hardly any air.
the heater control moves a flap in the matrix called a 'blend flap.' This controls the heat by diverting the air over the matrix. Check the cable is moving the control arm, and hasn't become detatched.

also try bleedin the bleedin thing [might have air lock in matrix]. . . .
