hi everyone
i have had my freelander for 3 months with no probs at all until the last few days, the clutch pedal keeps staying down and i have to lift it up with my foot, it can be fine and then i will change gear and it will stay half way down or if i stop at a junction and leave the clutch in when i take my foot off it stays all the way down and i have to lift it up again with my foot before it will go into gear again. Is this going to be an expensive problem to fix or am i just panicking for nothing, your thoughts on this matter would be gratefully appreciated.

Have a look up where the pedal links on to the hydraulic arm of the Master cylinder, you may need the aid of a small inspection mirror.
If its all intact, then its your hydraulics, around £130ish to replace the lot. no tools needed it all twists into place ;)

just changed it on mine the complete lot have a look on ebay i bought a genuine one for 66 pounds and only took 30 mins to fit
