and i got a photos of genuine g4 light-bar and fixings ;) Send ? :D

As I said before. It utilize the same foot shape as G4 rack, and it's the same type of fixing.

Me neither lol how about drilling sideways through the upwards facing mated flange and bolting it through there and putting some decent sealant around the bolts to stop water ingress?
 
Can you not utilise the roof bar footings instead? I think Brownchurch do something like that.... oh and make sure you can open a sunroof with it installed ;)

These are for the 3dr, there's no front mountings above the windscreen.
 
Which one? Light bar? Nothing yet really, got plenty of other stuff on.

If you're after some bits though, I have aluminium exhaust guards and ladders currently on eBay (although will discount them if you buy direct) along with 40mm lift kits available soon (and a heck of a lot better quality than you'll find on eBay).

I read somewhere that you might gonna start to make fuel tank guard. Is this something youre making?
 
I will be yeah. Going to try to incorporate one into a complete replacement fuel tank cradle, since many people are in need of a new one. Just need to get a couple of jobs out the way first then I'll be making a start. There's a dedicated thread somewhere that I started about them

I'd probably be interested in sump guard, exhaust guard and the 40mm kit.

Sump Guards will be a month or two away most likely.

Have exhaust guards in stock, and lift kits will be ready in the next few days, have a few of the kits sold, and have about 6-7 sets left from this batch.

Do you have a towbar or not? (it is relevant)

where would I find the exhaust guards?

also very intersted in light bar solutions.......
