I have two blk wires with push in connections coming out of roof lining next to my rear view mirror,they about 2” long. Will they be for a dash cam ?

If original fit, then no. If after market fit then possibly. Look at the fuse box behind the plastic cover, under the glove box. The wires will probably pick up power from there.
