Hiya does anyone have a problem with the tailgate dropping on a Freelander 2 dynamic and rubbing paint off the bottom edge of the tailgate . We have had it repaired once and lifted the tailgate as far as we can but even with a gap the paint is still rubbing back off . Landrover said even if it's not touching if the gap isn't big enough with moment from driving they can touch . We have seen another 14 plate in a car park with the same problem . We are at a bit of a loss of what to do . We can't keep paying for it re spraying or re touching it when it's only lasting a week or two but obviously we don't want the car to rust either . Thanks

Can you realign the bumper, presumably that is rubbing the paint ?
