Freelander 2 roof stud LR026326

Hello, tried fitting the roof rack to my freelander 2 and it seems one of my stud bolts had the plastic cap glued inside. I don't suppose anyone has one of these spare do they? After much googling it's part number is LR026326, found an image online for it.

I was fitting a set of roof bars yesterday and managed to shear off a bolt in the rear near side stud, I took the stud out but was unable to cleanly extract the bolt, my next plan was to try and drill a hole and tap a new thread in one of the studs I’d replaced at the front with the stud they sent with the roof bar kit but when I looked at it more closely it turns out it’s the same as the rear ones, just painted over, so I was able to use one of those instead.
