Freelander 2 problem.

2009 Freelander 2. Warning reads: TRANSMISSION FAULT. TRACTION REDUCED.
Had it put on computer and it comes up as R.D.C.M. Rear Differential Control Module but no advice as to how to resolve problem. Need help to go forward. From Agita
