Freelander 2 judder when changing to 30ish also 50ish 60plate

I've recently had my 60 plate freelander 2 auto serviced, had a cv boot replaced, gearbox oil changed, haldex pump oil changed and since the we now have a judder when in 30-40 and also 50-60 once the car has warmed up... you can drive through it and it stops but happens overtime.. if I put it into manual, it doesn't do it and drives fine? Please can anyone help as I'm going on a long trip next week and im very scared its going to break down on me? Thanks in advance xx
