Hello,
Thinking of getting brighter Xenon Headlights for my 2013 Freelander 2.
One of my headlights has gone out so if I am going to have to buy a bulb I may as well get a brighter one.
Although I would never accuse my Freelander of being "dim" I have seen better headlights.
There are many adverts on eBay for Xenon Bulbs but can anyone recommend a particular bulb or supplier Please. Thanks.

If it uses standard H7 bulbs, then go for Osram Night Breakers or Phillips Vision Extreme. Both will be brighter than standard H7 bulbs.

Just remember that in order to burn brighter they burn hotter and therefore do not last as long

Buy 4, keep 2 in car, they will break if you hit speed bumps or pot holes a bit hard, specially if they are not on

No, no, no. Buy 4, fit them in dipped and main beam, then keep the 4 dim ones as spare. Osram Night Breakers seem, to me, to give a better defined beam pattern than the Phillips.

If you fit xenon bulbs in a reflector not designed for them you will be moving away from the type approval that your lamps have. Luckily The FL2 has separate dip and full beam lamps so should not dazzle people if you dip them correctly.
I have the nightbreakers in mine and they are pretty good even for my old eyes, may be an easier way to do it.
