Freelander 1999

Hi
I have a 1999 freelander, sorry I have very little car knowledge and I no longer have the service manual. Can anyone tell me what the fuse number for tail lights is? Both my tail lights stopped working , but brake and reverse lights still work so going to start with looking at the fuse, then bulbs I guess. Also would fuse be located in compartment under driver’s wheel or in the hood? Thank you

F28 in the drivers knee fuse box. Also does the front sidelights so if they work the fuse is OK and check bulbs at rear.
