Hi Guys and Girls.

I am a new boy when owning a Feelander and have a a 2004 HSE TD4 (Very nice car) been in the family for some years but now from son to Mum & Dad for our travelling adventures have a little issue which I think I know how to love but your advice would be great I would ask son but as he is on a desert rally in Tunisia he is quite busy!!!

The driver mirror seems to be a little loose so as I driver the wind is pushing it in slightly and even with the full glass adjustment I am not seeing very much out of it.

There seems to be a round disk under the body which I am wondering if I pop off I will be able to tighten ?
Any advice would be very useful.

Cheers K

If you pop off the trim on the inside of the door there are screws on the round plate holding the unit on and a screw at the front.

Hopefully they can be tightened to hold it firmly in place.

Thank you is that to tighten the holder for the wing mirror as that is all tight its the mirror itself that is loose and moving to freely? there is a round disk looks like a small inspection plate if that was popped off is the something in there to tighten it up?

thanks in advance

Post a picture of the item you're referring too.
There's nothing serviceable with the mirrors though, other than replacing the glass, or tightening the mounting screws to the door, which are behind the tweeter panel.
