Can anyone tell me why the A/C Clutch Relay is engaging when I turn on the fan?

Is this a faulty clutch relay and if so, whwre can I find it? Is it replaceable?

I assume you mean the heater fan?
If you have the knob that the directs the heat set to windscreen demist then the a/c comes on whatever the heater temp is set on.
The a/c process "dries" the air, making demisting more effective.
