freelander 1 td4 vacuum lines egr and turbo, no power, caant get rpms

hello!


what can be wrong to my freelander?

when i put all vaacuum lines togheter my car does not have power and rpms dont go over 1800

when i disconet egr vacumm line it goes kinnda ok, only in 5th gear kinnda slugish.

tnx for any help

Are the vacuum lines correctly routed and connected to the correct places.
Any smoke?

i did recheck lines - they are in the right way.

no smokes.

can this kinda problem accure if egr is programmed out, and if i put it back in action it des something like this?

i guess i will get the codes, then we can understand something more
