Freelander 1 td4 codes

Hi all,
Just had freelander 1 td4 diagnostic and two fault codes showed.
P0190, fuel rail pressure sensor.
P1e30, boost system. (boost control valve).
Is there something the works both or just change them. Also datastream, High pressure rail 0kp. Anybody help before I sink my belovedfreelander in the channel, it's so slow up hill.

Rail sensor suffers corrosion, which was so common, a replacement harness is available.

Boost solenoid wiring can split, so that's a good place to start.
