AFTER 4 YEARS OF NO PROBLEMS (YES 4 YEARS) It developed a slight misfire
;) Starts ok
;)Ticks over ok
;)Accelerates ok
:crazy:But when doing 2000Rpm ish holding the speed on throttle a misfire starts feels like the car pulling back then accelarates fine after
Changed Plugs, coil pack stuck in injector clear new filter etc altered the accelerator cable to correct settings

Any of you guys had a oddity like this or can help
Ok people say I was wrong to buy a Freelander and admit it but the wife liked the colour

Do a compression test. The k series can suffer from exhaust valve problems... Mine was missing on number three. Had low compression due to valve erosion!

Oh and I liked the colour!

And I will say before someone else does..... It is forum etiquette round here to introduce ya self in the introduction area... Not that I think it makes much difference as I never read it.......

4 year ain't bad without problems.

Thank you guys for the help just keep it coming

Since the Freelander is not using any water and the compression checks seem ok next I purchased a new lamber sensor (They must have seen me park up and booked there holidays on the sale) took a bit fitting but the misfire still occurs
I have purchased a Throttle position sensor it should arrive Tuesday and a cam sensor I will keep the forum informed of the results
