freelander 1.8 1999 power steering belt change

Hello all, has anyone replaced there power steering belt? and what was the easiest way of doing this? I looked under the bonnet ....... then closed it and came here! thank you all in advance, regards mark

Remove the under tray , and/or the lower plastic inner wing guard and all will become clear
