Removing the front bumper, where do I access the 10mm bolt/nut for the wing to chassis.

There is a panel in the wheel arch liner.....check you undo the correct bolt.

I find that the panel in the arch liner (the bulb access panel) isn't much cop for getting at that bolt.
You have to undo the screws holding the liner to the bumper, so undo those first and pull the liner back some to get access - I find that easier.
Which ever, its always a fiddly PITA job the first time until you are familiar with the location of the bolt.

I had to cut a slot in all the screws to get them out as rusted away....
And when you do get in there....it the top bolt ( I think ) not the obvious one
