Freed up my Diff Lock :-)

Well, just like to say a big thanks to this forum, and also 'Bobbler' to his help with a step by step guide, as on Friday night stipped out the centre console, took out the diff lock lever, worked on it in the garage with a hammer, freed up the linkage, greased it all up, and put back it all back together.

Took me around 3 hours start to finish, and really pleased. Moves into diff lock nice and smoothly

I had been putting it off, given it seemed quite daunting, but for anyone that is thinking of doing it, don't be put off by removing the console etc - its a job that's easier to do than try and make a guide and explain.

So again, but thanks to all the threads and help that is given out on the forum

Hey I just done the same took an hour or two more.... large hammer and a lot of swearing,

I also say thank you to all the guys on here that have put the info up for us to read and digest.

Just got to see if it works now, the light on the dash board comes on and the up and down the drive every thing seem sto click in, should not have put it off for so long.....
