Hi chaps,

I'm moving soon and have found the following bits. I don't have my Defender anymore so I've no use for them.

Therefore free to a good home subject to the following:


  • Whoever wants this stuff has to pick the bits up from me in Frimley, Surrey and I'm moving at the end of the month, so it'll probably need be this weekend.
  • You will have to take the lot - it's all or nothing!


1) 5 litre vat of MTF 94 Land Rover transmission fluid
2) SafeTpedal lock + four keys for Defender TD5
3) X Engineering gear stick lock (TD5 Defender)- I think the hexi bolt needs tightening on it and you'll need to order a new sheer bolt for you gear stick.
5) a suspension part for the above - I can't remember what it is - sorry :eek:.
6) Land Rover Defender Haynes manual 1983-2007
7) a bag containing assorted Land Rover parts including: window winder handle (DBP 6287 PMA), 2x windscreen washer nozzle (AMR 3025), coolant tank screwtop, some other nozzle attachment
8) Land Rover Defender Workshop Manual 1999/2006 MY + Electrical Manual

I almost forgot:

also to go with the above - a battery for the TD5 Defender - it's not new, but I swapped it out when my starter motor solenoid went tits up thinking it had bitten the dust. It hadn't.

I've kept it periodically charged so hope it should still be OK.

....and I've just found a brand new boxed Lucas headlight switch. Strange - I don't remember mine going tits up. I must've been waiting for it fail for some reason. I seem to recall my headlights becoming a bit intermittent.

But from the look of this thread, it's going to the dump with all the rest :D

I'll give it until Monday. I guess locationwise, it's a longshot - sorry for that.

If anyone in Norfolk is especially interested, I guess i could drag it there. I'll be around Swaffham.

Is this in the right section?
 
Ah you're in Frimley! I'm in Farnborough! I could do with the general Haynes boom... The atf fluid too would be handy. The locks too maybe?

Edit: Just re read the all or nothing bit... :)

It's a shame someone can't store it till LandyZone 11, then peeps can pick over it all ...
