free lander td4 engine problems

Hi all

i have a freelander td4 2.0 diesel was running rough for ages and then wouldnt start.
got code out and it was fuel pressure when cranking, pulled injectors out and sent off to the battery co and they said 3 were no good 1 was ok.
got them back and fitted started good and left run for a while, now i have wot feels like a missfire across all injectors when ticking over and accelerating but if i pull connector off one by one they all are working as the engine missfires on that cylinder when i pull it off.
no codes have returned yet all pipes and wires look ok and egr valve is not jammed open have removed and checked, any ideas i am new to landrover, cheers guys hope u can help.

hi mate wot is the overlay harness, and wot goes wrong with it.

hi mate i have had it back in and there is a code p1613 engine stability controller
do u think this code will have anything to do with it running rough knocking low power blue and black smoke really rough
please can u help cheers

You need a new fuel pump, the sensor would be intermittent.

I experienced very similiar problems on mine and in the end, after trying all the more affordable options first, I ended up having to replace the fuel pump ... at a cost of 600 quid! (In South Africa). I do hope that your's doesn't end up costing you as much as mine did:Cry:
