Conclusion: Foxwell NT510 Elite has the same features, language, and vehicle coverage as NT530 (Except that Au Ford and Holden do not support), the hardware is slightly different, but cheaper and more cost-effective than NT530.
 
Untill now i've seen two cases when the NT530 was full of software ''bugs" and didnt work as well as the 510/520. IMO it was an unsuccesfull "upgrade" so at this point i trust more the older versions
