Theres a couple of L200s knocking about Northampton with tires like those. I just don't see the point.

According to the owner after I mentioned a Td5 being on a J reg not Q plate, he reckons that all he's done is make his J reg better by putting a new engine and chassis on it. Therefore he doesn't have to tell anybody anything and Q plates are just for kit cars. I've replied and told him what he's actually done is illegal, i'll see what, if anything he replies with.
