see this is the thing, you go on about the language then you use it yerself. do you really think that using *'s is any different from using the real letters?
anybody that knows what you mean will know what yer trying to say.
if they don't know what yer trying to say then it don't matter if you write b***h instead of bitch.
people that are offended by **** will just as easily be offended by t**t. we all know what it means, or are you going tell us, that substituting '*' for A,W,U,N,S,R,T,C, or any other letter that happens to be in a wurd in your naughty list is enought to make the wurd less offensive?

miniman aint a moderator he just copied what i done last year and pretends to be a mod, but where mine was a joke he tries to make his look real. he is just a regular member the same as the rest of us. roy and accy are the only ones that control lz and thats the way it should stay. miniman has his own forum that he is the admin and jim willy is the mod. its not my cuop of tea but each to their own. i think he is trying too hard to impress roy and accy. he may well have helped out in getting the forum back up and running i dont know, only roy or accy can tell us for sure, if he did, then well dobne chris. but just remember, at the end of the day, itrs the members that make a forum not the admin team. just remember that while these new membwrs that seem to be moaning about the language were doing other things, we were all working hard to make lz what t is. the bottom line really is " if you dont like it, fook off"

im pretty sick of the dozen threads running parallel with eachother on the use/non-use of bad language. i dont really care what people think, i have no problem with it. what i havent seen is these moaners talking about it in the relevant (posts with bad language) threads. their like some kind of mythic beings/beasts (whichever you preffer). i dont know whats going on really, and i have kept my mouth shut.
what i dont want, is to see this place become a nanny state and for the hardcore elite like yella, ormus, sheddy, slob, MHM etc. leaving because of it. these, so far have been the only people to offer good advice and help me get things sorted with my land rover. yes they use bad language, like myself, but without this tongue in cheek humour/advice/friendliness i would have left this site long ago as it would be really really boring and no-one would leave any threads!

you can tell that the majority of the people who use this site dont have a problem because... where are they now? all gone quiet because like me dont know what to say.

this is once again a situation where the minority screw everything up for the rest of us. and if they do, you can watch LZ disappear overnight.
