hi all, im new to this site, and landrovers.
ive got a 90 what im hoping to get on the road soon! done all the work on it myself. im struggling with the ellecs, i only seem to get power to the fuse when the lights are on is that normal? but thats not the prob. i get power to the fuse but i cant get it to the switch or the connection that goes to switch. does anyone have any help they can offer.

hi, not sure how to work this site properly, first chat room i been on. regarding the above; after a few hours of messing about with dog chewed wires, melted wires, taking out wires that someone had added and not to forget the 12 rounds of 22 rimfire bullets i found under bits of dash, the fog light now works, dont know if i done out to fix it or knocked something, prob the later. but it works! thanks.

Hello Pete.

Sorry Pete your post doesn't make sense to me.
If your lights are on you will have power at the fuse.
But you say that you cant get power at the switch or the connection.(which connection?)

So do your lights work or not??????? :confused:
 
sorry about that! ive got power at the fog lamp fuse. but i dont have power at the fog lamp switch on the steering collum, and ive taken the connection off from switch and dont have power there. sorry about that ellecs not a good piont, nor righting.
