Flywheel housing stud thread

Hi all
Series 3 1983 2.25 petrol
I have only half the studs on the Flywheel housing and no nuts.
Is the thread in the housing the same regardless of the outer thread metric/imp.

its either imperial or metric ,1983 should be m10 ie metric nuts been 17mm spanner size whilst imperial nuts are 9/16ths

Thanks for that.
There are two threads on each stud. Are they they same?
Did they change the thread in the flywheel housing as well as change the outer/locking nut size?

metric same thread either end of the stud
imperial are different unc on housing side, unf nut side
