Flashing glow plug light?

Just to add to my woes today...

I'm stuck in the UK and my wife has messaged me from France o say the glow plug dash light is flashing intermittently on her tdi 300?

Is this a simple issue?

the problem is from the timer relay imo, this one LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 200/300TDI GLOW PLUG TIMER RELAY ( PRC6913 ) | eBay , cos the warning light is directly managed by it
