Flashing beacon

After an orange light/recovery beacon. Magnetic base, plug in cigarette lighter type? Anyone got a spare or want to sell theirs?

You can get them on amazon for like £5 ,i got a set in my grill, much neater i thinks

Got bolt on ones on my van. Want something that I can chuck on my car/landy if I'm not in van and can b removed quickly. Will be getting a set of them when I replace my landy.

What kind of budget and size are you after. Are you picky about LED or Halogen?

No idea what there worth to be honest. Thought I'd try here before looking on eBay. Not bothered to be fair not sure I know the difference.

what is it for? when are you gonna use it and where are you gonna use it?

There are rules governing their use and also governing the type/quantity based upon their usage.

have you looked on "boltonbits" they have got more lights than a fruit machine!
also very reasonable on price too!

i got mine from Bolt on bits at the LRO show



looks fairly smart, cable runs down the middle of the mounting bolt so makes a nice clean mount and was nicely affordable, unfortuantly their website looks to be down at the moment Bad times..

Some people don't rate their stuff, but i like mine and dont have any problems with it! for saying its been ****ted with its fair share of greenlane trees!

I'm a mobile commercial tyre fitter so spend lots of my time in yards or on the side of a motorway. Occasionally when I'm not on call outs I get asked to assist/deliver to someone on a call out or just chase up paperwork. For this I don't take my van I take my car. And sometimes I think the car could do with a roof mounted light.

I only use rotatating beacons not flashers or led. Think theyre seen better.

I'm just after something cheap as will hardly be used.
