Fixing my leaky problem

Hello all
Decided to replace the O rings on the pipes going into the heater matrix.... unfortunately managed to round the screw head off....going to get some sought of extraction tool tomorrow....In preparation I've taken out the dash..surprisingly easy just over 1.5 hours worth of work ....just hope it goes back again easily.....while the dash is off is there any thing else I should check?

When I did mine I put duct tape on all the airway duct joints as some were a bit loose and distorted also loomed the wiring behind the radio just to tidy it up really cant think of anything else but others may well come along and suggest things

Just a thought there is a way of doing this without removing all of the dash requires a hole cut and a hole drilled but all covers up on refit Just done my p38 in under 2.5 hours Its Very easy Could be worth doing the holes before you rebuild incase the rings go again.
