Has anyone applied a seal between the wing and bulkhead when fitting wings. My thought is this would stop water getting into bulkhead through mounting holes. Some sort of rubber gasket would be even better. Whats your thoughts?

Try using a lead sealant from the builders yard, it doesn't set as such so no chance of the 2 areas becoming ' stuck ' if you want to remove them at a later date but it's a damn good water repellent.

I think the relatively low power of a land rover would mean the wings would need to be enormous to achieve enough lift at such a low take of speed. Then it probably wouldn't fit down your street anymore.

Think you'll be better off filling your bulkhead recesses with waxoyl than trying to make up complex rubber gaskets.
