Fitting the inlet/exhaust manifolds

Ok so I've discovered I've got an intake leak at the manifold. Its a 1975 2.25 petrol. Now after having the head refurbished I fitted the manifold with the 1 piece gasket. Is this correct or should I have use the 2 individual gaskets on the inlet with nothing on the exhaust? I need to get this sorted and had conflicting answers elsewhere.

One piece should be correct. Is it a three or five bearing engine?
