yeah i got the full set off roverron the box bits in dash switch and maf.

was going to put the box in the fuse box next to the battery box but it all depends on the way i can route the lead for the dash switch,

with the maf is it just a case of take out the torcx bolts and swapping over

Yes the MAF is only the 2 torx.

The dash switch is no problem either.

There is a rubber bung on the bulkhead in a convenient position.

Standing in front of the engine, look down behind it, approx in line with the clutch pedal (but on the other side of course)

Take out the plug, push a screwdriver through, and you will find it comes out in just the right place for a switch to be positioned on the right of the centre consule, quite near to the headlight beam adjuster.

I experimented with where to fit it, and for me that is correct - handy - but not too obvious. Someone a few days ago said they had fitted the switch in the drivers glove-box. That would not suit me at all as I want to be able to switch from eco to power on the move, without having to stop and access the switch, in a concealed location.

I use the eco for motorways and the power setting for the twisty fun bits.

Good luck - it takes around 30 - 40 minutes to fit depending how fussy and neat you want to be. Let us know how you get on.

The most awkward bit is of course re-fitting the air filter cover.

From the Synergy to the MAF goes along the bulkhead clipped to the pipe-work that is there already, with the cable ties, along with the Dash Switch cable.

Lay it all out and I think you will find that it's obvious - there aren't many other possibilities.

well all fitted dash switch in all cables tied to the pipes along the bulkhead, synergy set to 7 i think lol. now for the test drive and we'll see if there is any difference lol

you can tell straight away when you have fitted the synergy just by pressing the accelerator pedal - the revvs should pick up much quicker !
