first timer

Hi all
Just thought id say hi
,I pick up my new blue p38 tomorow about 5pm,its going to be a long night and day.
Iv owned subaru imprezas for 8years now and it was time for a change,cant wait to get off road.
look forward to my new ownership and hopefully speak/meet with fellow rr owners in the future.

MMMMM a p38 offroad,u dont see that too often as it normally breaks down on the way there..good luck with your purchase tho and welcome

Bit of a change in motor's, how come? Nice choice, hope it's not an unreliable heap as most P38's tend to be...

i wasnt planning on to hard off road,maby a grass verge or something ,lol.hopefully shel not break down,if she does the garage can take it back.
Iwas looking for something different from the subarus,iv had 4 of them,and had a ban etc,just feel a p38 would be a good choice for a while,a bit calmer drive,my mate has a disco which iv had a shot of a few times which is good but im not so keen on its shape,no more changing gear every 2 minutes either.

I wanted to buy a 98 Subaru a few week's ago, but the accountant (Mrs) said no, due to the high risk of me losing my license, as according to her I drive too fast in the disco as it is, so a faster car is just asking for it:doh:

welcome to the p38's hope u have deep pockets there lovely motors but just need to look after them alot more i used mine offroad and did really well but ive had 3 the best i had was a 2.5dse tll the becm went then its expensive i now have a p38 p reg 4.0 SE that has bad smoking issues here y dont ya join my face fuk p38 club Gavin Pollen | Facebook

shes right.i lost my liscence for 2 long years,im fed up with everyone thinking im a boy racer too.dont get me wrong they are fab cars not too expensive to run either.if the rr costs too much i may go back to them.

my pockets arent that deep,shes a 2.5 dse auto.on a X reg.she looks clean enough,garage have fixed a leak from the oil cooler pipe and drivers window has been fixed,EVERYTHING works now,hopefully itl stay that way.
