I wont encourage you then.

I'll just say I bought this RR blind, my 2 previous Saabs blind.. and my Monaro.. blind.

Didn't regret a single one of them.

But don't do it.

No really, don't.

;)

I bought mine blind also... From a garage 300 miles away. I then paid a poor bloke to drive it to my parents house as I was at a track day. First saw her in the dark drove the old tub home used it Saturday and then went away on the Sunday for a week to work in Georgia lol. By the time id taken a day of work and paid for the train it's was cheaper to pay him to do it.

No regrets as it was cheap enough to take the risk!

Bit too much for a 96/7

Not sure I would go through ebay for such a vehicle, keep hunting a good one will turn up

Interesting that there are so many bids and watchers on the diesel models

A vehicle with a relatively bad rep appearing to be in demand???

Could be forum members buying them for spares I suppose!!

Bought mine blind on Ebay after looking at a lot, no regrets.:)
OP should really look at the best engine, the M51:rolleyes:

Thanks for the advice chaps, I'm definitely going to go for a 99-01 model with a V8 (no diesel here, thank you very much) for the £2500-£3000 range. The rest I'll save for parts and repairs :)
