Pick up pipes do aye, sump is the best place for the mankage anyway, easy enough the remove and clean out if needed.

That was to show you what we have to install on equipment. Yes the was a digger. Farm I worked on we had a mag systems on all our semis/trucks (7) and our tractors and combines and forage harvester both on the engine oil and hydrolic filters Was cheap maintenance when you are dealing with stuff that cost $200K plus, the harvester and combines are $300k.
Like I said if you think it works then use it ,if not ok. owners choice
