Few problems with c/l, heating, windows, and boot leak..

Hey guys, new to the forums, and new to land rover! iv always had cars, but really fancied a freelander, so i got 1 all is well, love the 4x4, cant see me in another car now lol, anyways few problems, iv only had the car about 2 months, but noticing little problems, like in the boot, under the cubby, theres water.. where could it be coming from? whats best to check? or best to seal? passenger side front window doesnt work.. never has, driver side back door doesnt open at all, heaters used to work on all speeds, now only works on 3 + 4 ? sun roof works but opens dodgy ( not a problem yet, dont need it, but if any simple answers will check ) its a FREELANDER 1, R plate, 2 LTR DTI, lovely car, full leather ect.. mechanically the car seems fine, no water or oil leads, every thing seems fine so far.. just these little things that if any 1 has answers to, for me to check thanks in advanced

Glad you like your new car and welcome. Have a search on here, it's all been asked before and if you do a search you often learn things you wouldn't find out otherwise. If you get stuck after that then I am sure we can help you but I should think its all easy to find on here as it's common problems
