:hijacked:Hi all,I'm getting fumes inside the car while the FBH is running first thing in the morning, any ideas??

First check the FBH exhaust isn't leaking smoke up into the wing. You might be able to see up the little hole in the bumper where the FBH exhaust comes out, otherwise its a bumper off job to get at the FBH.

Im assuming you have checked the obvious like the wind direction blowing the smoke into the car vents :)

Thats great, thank's will check it out ASAP,something else to fix!!!!:):):):):):):)

Bugger I feel left out, mine doesn't work. :(

It's now sort of working, well if you can call cold air puffing out of its little exhaust for a few minutes working. Tried starting the car a few times and pulling the No. 5 fuse but it just doesn't want to kick its self into life. I guess I'll only hear the FBH fuel pump work if the FBH is actually fully functional?

You should hear it clicking just prior to burn cycle as it primes the fuel system...
Might need to get down close to the OSR wheel arch to hear it though.

That's what mine started doing. Turned out to be a burner fault, I took it apart, swapped the burner unit out of another FBH (that I'd cleaned up) and it groaned back into life, fit a remote control while I was there.

I found the FBH really annoying to fault-find.
