Faulty seat recliner mechanism - Defender

Defender recliner mechanism is not locking. When I lean back on it, it reclines to full extent so not to safe when driving. I have looked for spare part on line but as yet no luck. Can any one advise as to a solution.

your best bet mate is to firstly introduce yourself before just asking! As most people ask and find then bugger off!!

This is a parts book for all defenders - then you can find the part you need!! If it isnt there then they dont do it!

Have you tried pushing the handle down to lock it into place?
