Hello everyone I just had a query about a heater problem I have in my 110.

The heater only occasionally works. Once it does work it gets heat perfectly fine. Sometimes it works indefinitely but most of the time it ends with her a little bit of a pop and then there's no fan anymore.

I looked in the Haynes Manual and it stated to not touch the heater box if you have air conditioning as you need to discharge the AC system.

I do live in Australia so heat is not overly important I just like everything working. Any tips on where to start would be greatly appreciated happy Easter to everyone.

Sounds like the fan bearing might have gone and fan shaft may be wobbling and jamming the fan against the casing or something else in there jamming the fan. Take the air inlet pipe off and see if there is anything there or any movement on the fan.
I would expect fuse to blow though if fan jams up. When you get the pipe off turn fan on and see whats happening, could be the flap is closing stopping air flow.

A flap closing is exactly what it sounds like when it turns off...thx scooby ... ill look up its anatomy and then have a go, no danger of playing around this area when you have ac?
