fault codes p1199 and p1138

Hi guys back again, have 2 fault codes come up on my 4.0l p38 have p1199 and p1138, I have researched what they are fuel level circuit sensor fault and 02 sensor. have removed maf and tried starting without no joy so thats good and cleaned 02 sensors still running at only 250rpm, and the fuel level circuit i cant even find, please does anyone know what to do, trying to do as much work as poss myself, trying not to give the dealer all my money

Can you reset all values via the EMS? through faultmate diagnostics? maybe someone down there could help you out.
