Fault Code Reader

Hi,
After having a few minor problems with my L322 TD6 and looking at the many posts in this forum, I think it may be worthwhile getting a code reader and faut resetting tool. Being able to reset the EAS would be the most important feature as I tow a caravan and if it failed again would leave me in the smelly.
I've seen this on ebay and would welcome any feedback as to whether this would do the job, or just be a waste of money.

I would seriously consider having a look here. These cover all the systems on your motor, not just the standard OBD ones. The one you have seen on Ebay will not cover your HEVAC or Air suspension. Well worth the money if you plan to do your own servicing, and also if you get the Extreme version you can use it as a stand alone reader / re-setting tool. Mine lives in my glovebox ready for when she throws a fit.

Thanks Rewmer have emailed blackbox and hopefully they can sort me out something. I guess the EAS kicker is the minimum I need, but looking at the site the one listed only caters for Classic and P38.

Your welcome. Colin the owner of Blackbox is a regular contributer to this forum he goes by the name of BBS SPY. There is plenty of debate on there on the pros and cons of all the systems available.
Its worth a poke around the other Forums on that site as it has a dedicated L322 section as well.
