Fan Motor

Hi, I've had a freelander 2 since new in 2014 and even after 3 months have had issues although some may be considered minor. I initially took the vehicle back to the dealership here in Mauritius but to say the least the service has been terrible with the vehicle coming with another issue or not being fixed properly and not to mention the ridiculous over pricing due to the monopoly in the Country which is doing Land Rover's reputation any good. They need to impose a world wide policy to control poor practices. Last week I had the turbo replaced at about GBP2355 where they also replaced the bonnet absorbers which I ended up buying in England as 1000% mark up here. And now yesterday the fan continued to run after turning the engine off and I am not even convinced they have looked at it properly and simply said the diagnostic says faulty Fan motor and the cost of replacement is about GBP 1,111 ( RS50,000 appprox).
Has anybody had the same issue with an easy fix?
