Fan belt Tensioner - 3.9 V8 r reg

Hi anyone any idea if its possible to change out the bearing on the Fan Belt Tensioner pulley shaft and if so the bearing type? Its getting noisy and don't want to end up with the vehicle off the road for longer than necessary. At £82 for a new one would prefer to overhaul. thanks

the bearing is the same for the tdi tensioner on ebay
