Hi,

yet another tyre question...sigh.

Has anyone got first hand experience with the Falken Wildpeak AT3WA? Not AT3W. Ideally 265/75 16 on a TD5 90.

There are almost no reviews anywhere online except for a test on Dacia Dusters (youtube) so I am guessing it must be a relatively new tyre. I am just trying to decide whether to give them a go or go for Cooper AT3 4S that have very good reviews.

Seems every reviewer has a totally different view on exactly the same tyre anyway. I don't want BFG ko2 as already had them and they were rather heavy and firm due to their 3ply wall. I need an AT that is more road biased.

Hiya

i have them on the front of my L200 work truck, have run them for 6-8 weeks.
quiet enough on the road and good enough to get me out of a very wet muddy field last week.

They were £40 a corner cheaper than the BFG all terrains.

Like them enough that i would put another pair on the back.
haven't got stuck with them yet and the farm is wet and muddy at the moment and my defender is still in bits so the L200 spending lots of time off road feeding pheasants.

Lot quieter than mud terrains on my mates L200.
Will see how they wear

Good luck

Any update on the Falken? Looking for a couple of new tyres myself.
