I have aquired a 1983 Series III SWB County with an overdrive fitted by a previous owner.

My problem is that I can find absolutely no access to it from inside the cab.
Transmission tunnel and cubby box are both bolted down firmly.

Any advice please on oil top up / check is it possible from under the vehicle?

Thanks

Yes its possible, fill/dipstick is about level with the bottom of the seatbox, bit fiddly but doable, you'll probably need a bottle with a piece of tube fitted to top up.
