Hello people- mk1 freelander 2006 facelift, has been changed to right hand drive.
Asking if possible to tilt down the entire front lamps which are beamed far to high. The interior switching which should adjust said headlamps is none operational, looking maybe to physically tilt each lamp down some, if possible. PLUS, anyone cleaned the interior of headlamps whilst insitu _ The top half of each lamp is looking black and restricts the light output.

Just replace the lights, as it sounds like they're possibly LH drive lights anyway, which will fail the MOT. The faulty height adjustment is also an MOT fail.
Also if they're black at the top, then it's likely bulbs have burst in the past, covering the top of the lenses with metal soot. This is impossible to remove, as the lamp assembly is sealed, and the reflector is so fragile that just a finger touch will damage the reflective surface.
