Anyone know how hard it is to fit facelift headlights ? I want to fit some to my TD5? Are the headlights adjustable in the unit??? up n down etc ? Also would I need a new grill?? Be grateful for any help, cheers steve

As already said there is info out there, infact there are step by step instructions on the net somewhere with photos. Its not too difficult, the front panel needs to be cut out due to the size of the rear of the facelift units. You will need to also buy hockey sticks which sit below the lights and a facelift grill as i remember. I also had to fabricate two pannels that sit under the bonnet so I could bolt the new lights in. It is a bit daunting attacking the front panel with an angle grinder but the end result if done right is well worth it! Just remember that facelift lights are stolen quite often! Hope this helps :)

As said already, there is a full post on the site, with pictures.

Adjusting the beams is by twisting two small slotted nuts with a screwdriver pushed into the appropriate holes in the top of each housing.

Consider fitting some extra security to the light units because they do tend to go missing quite a lot, usually ending up on fleabay.

Having problems wiring up my new facelift headlights. Can you point me in the right direction to any links etc that will help me wire them up. Don't really know how and were to look? Cheers steve
