exploding ace pipe

recently bought a td5 for the wife to use daily and for towing duties and after a couple of weeks of usewe noticed a fluid leak which turned out to be the pipe from the ace pump to the valve block so whilst we were away on holiday the landy went to local specialist who fitted a new pipe which promptly burst on start up so suspecting a faulty pipe another was fitted and the same thing happened.I have talked to the mechanic and we both suspect a blockage in the valve block but I was wondering if anyone else has any ideas or experience of similar symptones

Give people a chance chap. Many are away for the bank holiday weekend..

just wondering if it could be a first,no real hurry as the workshop is closed till tuesday
