Has anyone had any experiences with a aftermarket bluetooth head unit in a defender.

im thinking about getting one to use to make calls, aswell as other usual features.

i would only consider one with an external mic. can people hear you, quality etc?

cheers

hi i had one in my clio it was a sony bt 2500 or somthing worked really well and i didn't even plug in the external mic but i think you would for a defender lol
go for it saved me a lot of hassel trying to get my phone out my jean pocket (not when drving of cousre  )

yeah thats what im thinking. I have searched but no real reviews with use in a defender.

I have heard good things about the parrot hands free kits, and it seems that alot of the Alpine head units have their hands free module in so they might be a good one to go to.

I,ve been using a Supertooth Voice recenty. Really pleased with it. Maxvolume a bit low, but very usable for me. I do however have a 90 CSW so much less noice than some of the 'naked' jobbies:D
