Hi guys.
Ive found the cause of my expansion tank leak.
If i go on a longish drive i found my expansion tank empty and signs of leaks from cap down the tank itself.
Upon checking further after top up and another drive i watched the steam coming past the cap.
There is no mayonnaise in oil.
Water and coolant remain normal until steamed off.
No change in engine temp on needle.
Heater works great.
No bubbles coming through header tank.
Any advise or ideas welcome.
Is it as simple as a new cap and or tank

Use genuine caps only as most aftermarket caps release before the correct pressure.
